This exciting project is based on a shared love of the universal nature of the arts in all their forms and a desire to promote cross cultural exchanges so as to enrich personal experience and creativity.

Swatch Group is proud to offer the selected candidates some artistic "time out" in one of the most dynamic and fast-moving cities of the contemporary world.

To apply for the Guest Artist Program:

• Register first by creating an account.
• Log in and apply by filling in all the sections in English.
• Convince the jury with your inspiring personal motivation and details on your planned work in Shanghai.
• Activate your application by donating 30 CHF to Médecins Sans Frontières.
•  Allow a certain time for review. You will be contacted by email.

If you are invited, you will benefit from:

• Staying from 3 to 6 months exclusively among artists.
• Establishing contacts with Chinese and International artists from different forms of art.
• Leaving a trace of your stay in The Swatch Art Peace Hotel and the website's Virtual Museum.
