ARTE PULSANTE. Madrid welcomes Shanghai

Swatch’s ongoing commitment to supporting art and artists takes another step forward in Madrid. The Serrería Belga Cultural Space, under the Department of Culture, Tourism and Sport of the Madrid City Council, is now hosting the Swatch Art Peace Hotel exhibition titled “Arte Pulsante. Madrid welcomes Shanghai.”

“Arte Pulsante. Madrid welcomes Shanghai” features the works of 25 artists of Spanish or Hispanic descent. These artists, though diverse in their backgrounds and artistic practices, share the unique experience of having lived and worked in Shanghai at the Swatch Art Peace Hotel. The exhibition showcases a variety of artistic disciplines and techniques, from video art and painting to performing arts and installations, highlighting the diversity and richness of a vibrant community of artists that continues to grow and evolve in Shanghai and beyond.
