2017 Emerging Curators Project

The Swatch Art Peace Hotel and the Power Station of Art (PSA) will continue their collaboration with the Emerging Curators Project in 2017.

During a press conference, held at the Power Station of Art, Ms. Gong Yan, director of PSA, Mr. René Lorenceau, CEO of the Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai and Mr. Paul Freches, French Culture Consul in Shanghai, presented the 2017 Emerging Curators Project.

According to Gong Yan, “thanks to the development during the past three years, the Emerging Curators Project has been extended in a variety of dimensions, going beyond the museum space and reaching out to a broader range of urban spaces such as the Swatch Art Peace Hotel”.

This year the project will include a selection of exhibitions which will be presented at the Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai.

On top of this, Swatch will sponsor a selected curator to conduct a research trip to Venice during the Biennale Arte 2017.
