It’s time to blossom: Celebrating Spring with Blossom Time, an art exhibition stemming from a flowery Swatch collection.
Inspired by the SWATCH BLOSSOM TIME Collection, the Blossom Time art exhibition is conceived as a symbolic garden of joy, expressing the power of flowers to bring emotional stories to life. Artists’ love for nature lives and breathes in so many powerful expressions. The artists-in-residence from the Swatch Art Peace Hotel featured in this exhibition, found inspiration in the beauty of nature and flowers.
Blossom Time is a vibrant bouquet of creativity, with each art piece capturing a different facet of floral splendor—joyful and sometimes humorous paintings, sophisticated references to nature, digital journeys into realms beyond reality, and playful yet profound connections to the symbolism of flowers.
The exhibition showcases the perspectives of 28 artists, both former and current residents of the Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai, representing 15 countries around Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific region. Notably, 13 of these talented artists are Chinese.
Visitors will also discover the sophisticated four stainless steel watches from the BLOSSOM TIME Collection. From March 13 to April 20, 2025, amidst the vibrant energy of Shanghai, the Swatch Art Peace Hotel will be home to not only exceptional creative talents from all around the world, but also to a serene, colorful, playful garden—a space waiting to be discovered and enjoyed!
Alluding to the event, the Swatch Art Peace Hotel’s facade has been illuminated with the colors of spring on March 12, 2025.
