New artist arrival: Christy Collins

Writer Christy Collins from Australia arrives at the artist residence.

During her stay the Christy Collins is going to research, plan and begin writing a novel based on a fictionalised version of Shanghai's pre-wedding photo industry. The novel would be literary fiction and she plans to seek traditional publication for it once complete.

Christy Collins holds a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Tasmania and is currently living and working in St Kilda, Australia.
