New artist arrival: Daniel Moldoveanu

Daniel Moldoveanu, an interdisciplinary artist and writer from Austria arrives at the artist residence.

Daniel Moldoveanu is an Austrian artist and essayist. His interdisciplinary approach circles around ideas of superficiality, analyzed in creative writing through the lens of philosophy, critical theory and cultural analysis; and in visual arts through painting, video, mixed media, and photography. He holds a diploma from the Fashion Institute of Vienna, Austria, a BA in Cultural Studies and Art History from the Humboldt University and has attended the University of Fine Arts in Berlin, Germany, where he presently lives and works.
