"The entire series began with an unexpected exchange at the Swatch Art Peace Hotel art residency. An artist departing the program left me with inspiring materials—wooden sticks, ink, and rice paper—prompting an exploration of rhythm and tempo rooted in my affinity for percussion and printmaking.
