"During the residency, I began a new body of work titled Blueprint: Uncharted Map, a series that investigates migration as both a lived reality and a metaphor. Using cyanotype, painting, and mixed-media, I created abstract visualizations that function like psychological maps—layering archival fragments, personal memories, and imagined geographies.

These works emphasize migration not simply as displacement but as a transformative process that reshapes cultural identity and belonging. The residency offered me the time and space to explore new techniques, experiment with material translations of oral histories, and establish the conceptual framework for expanding this project into future chapters."
