"My trace is a short story about my fellow Swatch Art Peace Hotel resident Antonio Mulone. He shared his story of how a book changed his life with me. I interviewed him about it and then wrote it down. It’s part of my residency project here: I collect stories of people whose life was changed by a certain book.

This “trace” story represents the true heart of the Swatch Art Peace Hotel: Artists from all over the world should support each other, inspire each other, and – if possible – collaborate in art projects. This trace is a collaboration of three artists: Antonio Mulone told me his story, I wrote it down (there is a German and an English version of it), and Philip Earnhart visualized it in a painting."
