Visual artist Elián Stolarsky from Uruguay arrives at the artist residence.
Artistic focus: Installation

Elián’s artistic practice revolves around the relation between memory, migration and history. How History it is a Man´s construction made from choices. How migration is inherent in the concept of humanity. And how memory exists in order to be able to relate to each other as human beings. During her residency the artist is planning to work on a new series of textile installation based on the metaphorical idea of “Inherited landscapes”.
