New artist arrival: Marina Camargo

Multi-disciplinary artist Marina Camargo from Brazil arrives at the artist residence.

Marina Camargo is an artist based in Berlin. She was born in Maceió (Brazil, 1980) and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Visual Arts from Instituto de Artes (Porto Alegre, UFRGS) and a diploma from Akademie der Bildenden Künste München (AdBK, Germany). Marina Camargo’s work is anchored around ongoing investigations that materialize in drawings, installations, sculptures, and videos. In her work, she explores a notion of displacement, either physical or conceptual.
